The Figure:
This figure is a variation of our previously released k.u.k. Hussar figure, to represent a member of any K.U. Honvéd hussar regiment. (1-10) The Honvéd Hussar regiments had dark blue atilla and the shako crest was the Hungarian coat of arms instead of the eagle crest seen on k.u.k regiments. Otherwise the uniform was the same as k.u.k. common regiment hussars. The Royal Hungarian Honvéd had 10 hussar regiments.
The Shako crest:
The figure includes 2 heads with different shako options. One with m1891 coat of arms, and another with m1911 coat of arms. Each regiment had a different facing colour of the shako, and also regimental number was added to the side of the shako.
Regimental numbers of Honvéd Hussars:
Regimental number was attached to the port side of shako which we provide as a decal sheet for 75 mm figure, and as a casted resin piece for the minibust version. One can paint any of the 10 Honvéd Hussar regiment member.
